We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Wave Cast Epoxy. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, in its original condition and packaging

Be returned within 30 days of the receiving date

Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Include a valid Order Number
🔄 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the return status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking fees may apply for non-defective returns.

If the return is approved but not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
🚚 Return Shipping
Depending on the reason for return:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, a return shipping label can be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
