🚚 Shipping Policy
All shipments are made FOB Toronto, ON or Sanborn, NY, depending on inventory availability and destination. Our standard carriers include Purolator, Canpar, UPS, and FedEx. Upon request, we can also ship via Canada Post or USPS. Large or oversized items may be shipped by common carrier freight.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods or promotional events.
💸 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD or USD within Canada and the United States (before taxes and discounts).
Orders under that threshold will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. However, rates for international orders are not calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed, we will determine the most cost-effective shipping option and contact you with a custom shipping quote. Your order will not be shipped until you confirm and approve the final shipping cost.
📬 Tracking & Delivery
All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once the shipment is processed.
Please note that delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other delays beyond our control.
