Kits contain both Part A, the resin and Part B, the hardener.

Aggregate Walkways:

• Start with a clean, dry concrete base.
• Prevent leaks by gluing plywood to the edges with thickened epoxy.
• Spread stone or other clean, dry material on the concrete.
• Pour UV epoxy evenly over the stone to about 1/8” thick. Allow settling for 1-2 hours, then add more layers until aggregate is almost covered.
• Add metal flake or liquid pigments in the final layer for a custom look.

Topcoating:

• Use UV Protect Resin over Deep Pour and other epoxy or polyester resins as a hard, high-gloss, UV-resistant topcoat.
• Sand the surface with 80-grit sandpaper, remove dust, and wipe down with clean water.
• Dam the edges with foil tape, then pour UV resin about 1/8” thick.
• For uneven surfaces, roll on 3-4 coats, applying additional coats after the first has gelled (about 2 hours). Sand if recoating after 12 hours.
